Mardi Gras Menu Selections
The menu of Mardi Gras embraces the eclectic mix of three of the world's most popular Carnivale celebrations: Carnaval in Venice, Italy; Carnivale in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil; and Mardi Gras in New Orleans, Louisianna. Special requests available.

Mini Italian Muffulettas |

Bite-size Italian sandwiches, filled with olive salad, Italian cold cuts and cheeses. For a vegetarian version, we leave the meat off and add roasted red peppers and roasted eggplant for this flavorful appetizer.

Southern Creole Fried Chicken Nuggets with Pecan-Honey Glaze |
|
Chicken nuggets, with a hint of creole seasoning, are fried to a golden brown. Pecan-Honey glaze is served on the side for dipping these crispy nuggets.

Brazilian BBQ Pinwheel Steaks |

Skirt steak cut into strips and marinated in a Brazilian BBQ Sauce. Grilled to perfection and served with an accompaniment of more sauce on the side. |
Sausage, Chicken, & Shrimp Gumbo over Rice |

Smoked sausage, chicken and shrimp are cooked to perfection with onions, bell peppers and celery and spices and served over white rice.

A meal version of our Chicken nuggets. Chicken, with a hint of creole seasoning, are fried to a golden brown. Pecan-Honey glaze is served on the side for drizziling over this crispy chicken.

Collard greens are braised with olive oil and garlic, and finished with a drizzle of tobasco and red wine vinegar. An Italian favorite!

Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Raisins, Pecans, and Apples make this bread pudding unlike any other. Top it with Bourbon Sauce and you'll think you've died and gone to heaven!

Bananas Foster Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce |

Inspired from the recipe created by Brennan's Restaurant in New Orleans, this version is taking Bananas to a new height. Expect the same rum and carmel flavors with the bananas, but this version is made with our banana bread and served with rum sauce. Yum! |
