Mexican Fiesta & Latin American Menu Selections

Appetizers
Chips & Salsa
  Our Salsa is similar to a Pico de Gallo, loaded with cilantro, Mexican oregano, tomatoes and onions. We can vary the peppers used to make is as spicy or mild as you like.
Chili Con Queso
  Mild cheddar cheese sauce with pablano peppers and green onions. Served warm.
Mini Stuffed Peppers
  Mini red, yellow and orange peppers are stuffed with chorizo, black beans, corn, wild rice and cheese for a burst of flavor. These can be made vegetarian or vegan as well.
Guacamole
  Fresh, chunky hass avocados with red onion, tomato, lime, cilantro and cumin. Ask about our guacamole variations, like mango or pineapple guacamole.
 
Entrees
Cochinita Pibil (Yucatan-Style BBQ Pork)
  Pork chunks marinated in a Sour Orange blend, seasoned with achiote (annatto) and roasted wrapped in banana leaves. Served with pickled onions on the side.
Ropa Vieja (Cuban Beef)
  Made with the traditional flavors of spices, onions, peppers, pimientos, olives and capers, this meat will melt in your mouth.
Pollo Veracruzana (Chicken Veracruz Style)
  Chicken thighs browned and then baked with onions, capers, green chilis, green olives and tomatoes for a full, rich Veracruz flavor.
Fajitas
  Choose between beef, chicken or shrimp cooked with fajita spices and grilled onions and peppers. Served with your choice of flour or corn tortillas.
Carne Asada Tacos
  Marinated steak, grilled to perfection. Served with corn or flour tortillas and guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream on the side.
Soft Chicken Tacos
  Chicken, grilled to perfection. Served with corn or flour tortillas and guacamole, pico de Gallo and sour cream.
 
Sides
Black Beans
  Tender black beans are cooked with bacon, onions, and bell peppers for a wonderful flavor.
"Not Refried" Beans
  Pinto beans cooked with bacon, tomatoes, chilis, onions and spices for a healthier, flavorful take on refried beans. The texture is creamy along with chucks of beans and the other the ingredients that didn't get pureed.
Mexican Rice
  Rice cooked in the traditional way, first toasting the rice before adding the liquids. It makes for the perfect rice.
Garlicky White Rice
  White rice loaded with the sweet, roasted flavor of garlic.
Fiesta Salad
  Crispy iceberg lettuce, red, orange and yellow bell peppers, kidney beans, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, grated sharp cheese, and Fritos to add the "crouton" factor tossed in our Thousand Island dressing. It's a party in your mouth!
Tossed Green Salad
  Tossed greens, tomatoes, and cucumber make the base for this salad. Then add in our homemade seasoned croutons served with your choice of two of our house made dressings on the side. Choices include: Thousand Island, Blue Cheese, Italian or Ranch.

Instead of giving you cookie cutter menus, we like to work with you to develop menus that "cater to your needs". The menu choices are only "suggested" samples.
