  Italian Toast with Topped with fresh Tomatoes, Onion, and Basil over Parmasen Pesto made with Basil, Roasted Garlic, Parmasen Cheese and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Caponata Crostini
  Caponata, a sweet and sour style eggplant dip served with crostini, a thin italian toast for dipping. This is a perfect starter to wake up your taste buds for the meal to come.
Appetizer Spiedini
  Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Salami, Bread, and Cherry Tomatoes skewered, spritzed with dressing and lightly baked.
Baked Clams with Prosciutto Bits and Bread Crumbs
  Clams steamed in white wine Topped with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic and procuitto. Baked until golden brown.

  Italian bread cubes and ripe tomatoes tossed in a red wine vinegar dressing and topped with fresh basil.
Watermelon Salad
  Fresh Watermelon, thin sliced red onion, feta cheese, mint and cilantro tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette.
Mediterranean Cucumber & Tomato Salad
  Cucumbers and tomatoes tossed with fresh oregano and feta cheese, and a light balsamic vinaigrette.
Mediterranean Pasta Salad
  Tri-colored Pasta tossed in a light balsamic vinaigrette with Basil, Oregano, Artichoke Hearts, Roasted Tomatoes, Roasted Red Peppers, Kalamata Olives, Pickled Red Onion and Three Cheese Garlic Herb Crouton Bits.
Meat & Cheese Lasagna
  Meat simmered in a rich marinara sauce, layered with 3 cheeses and italian herbs and oven roasted tomatoes.
Also Available in a Vegetarian version. Made with our rich marinara sauce, zucchini, mushrooms and artichoke hearts.
  Ground lamb and eggplant layered together and then topped with a goat cheese bechamel sauce and baked to a golden brown.

Italian Pork Pot Roast with Fennel, Carrots and Potatoes
  Pork shoulder roast seasoned with our Italian herb rub and slow roasted with carrots, potatoes and fennel.
  Your choice of pork or chicken marinated in red wine, lemon, mint, oregano, garlic and more and then skewered and roasted to perfection. Served with squeezed lemon for the traditional flavor.
  Eggplant and roasted red peppers with feta cheese wrapped in phyllo dough layered with Parmesan Cheese and baked.
Rosemary Mint Lamb
  Tender lamb marinated in a rosemary-mint pesto.
Lemon & Thyme Shrimp Pasta
  Fresh shrimp marinated in extra virgin olive oil, lemon, garlic and thyme. Mixed with shell pasta and a special lemon, white wine and mint dressing.
Neapolitan Baked Totamotes
  Fresh ripe tomatoes stuffed with an herb vegetable, olive and cheese mixture, topped with bread crumbs and baked until tomatoes are soft and topping is lightly golden brown. For larger crowds we use San Marzano tomatoes and cook them more like a casserole rather than actual stuffed tomatoes. Not to worry, it still has the same great taste!
Roasted Ratatioulle Risotto
  Roasted egg plant, zuchinni, yellow squash, mushrooms, onions, fennel and garlic cooked in a fire roasted tomato sauce and stock. Topped with parmasen cheese.
Roasted Fennel, Summer Squash and Artichoke Hearts
  Fennel, summer squash, and artichoke hearts are roasted together in white wine with Parmesan and Feta Cheese and finished with a squeeze of lemon.
Tuscan Rosemary, Lemon Potatoes
  New potatoes roasted with rosemary, lemon and seasoned with sea salt come together for this classic Tuscan potato dish.
Artichokes with Pork Sausage, Lemon and Sage
  Tender artichokes simmered with Sweet Italian Sausage, Lemon and Sage. A true Roman Classic.
