Appetizers
Roasted Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce
  Large shrimp seasoned and oven roasted are served cold with our cocktail sauce and lemons on the side.
Mini Gruyere and Chive Quiches
  These bite-size quiches are served room temperature. For an added pop ask for them topped with our Tomato Jam for the perfect bite of flavor.
Pig Candy
  Lil' Smokies wrapped in bacon, topped with brown sugar and baked until golden brown.
Stuffed Mushrooms
  Cremini mushrooms marinated in sherry and stuffed with more mushrooms, sausage, herbs and cheese. This can be made in a vegetarian or vegan version as well.
Mini Stuffed Pepper
  Mini red, yellow and orange peppers are stuffed with chorizo, black beans, corn, wild rice and cheese for a burst of flavor. These can be made vegetarian or vegan as well.
Assorted Deviled Eggs
  From traditional, curried with bacon, and salmon with dill, these deviled eggs are packed with flavor. And with this assortment, your guests will find at least one they love!
Cheese, Cracker and Fruit Platter
  We use an assortment of smoked and non-smoked cheese served with compotes, grapes, apples, and assorted crackers.
Assorted Vegetable Platter with choice of Dressing
  Carrots, celery, olives, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, mini peppers and jicama are some of the goodies we use to create our credit platters. Choose from BBQ Ranch, Ranch, Blue Cheese or Thousand Island dressing as the dip for the veggies. Just let us know what you prefer.
 
Entrees
Honey and Brown Sugar Glazed Ham
  Sweet and smokey sprial cut ham crusted with honey and brown sugar.
Brined, Roasted Turkey
  Brined with cinnamon, candied ginger, peppercorns, allspice berries, bay leaves in our mix of apple juice and chicken stock, the turkeys are roasted to a beautiful golden brown and are moist, tender and full of flavor!
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Apple Dressing
  Wonderful fall flavors abound in this pork dish: apples, onions, cranberries in the stuffing are a perfect compliment to the tender pork.
Roasted Salmon
  Choose between our Maple-Bourbon Glazed Salmon or our Dill Glazed Salmon with a hint of Asian flavor. Either will convert the salmon hater into a salmon lover!
Slow Roasted Prime Rib
  Slow roasted Prime Rib crusted with salt, pepper and Italian herbs with garlic placed just under the fat cap for a flavorful piece of meat.
Filet Mignon Party Steaks
  Tender filet mignon seared with a garlic herb blend. Marinated overnight, cooked to perfection and topped with a cognac, red wine, currant and mushroom sauce.
 
Sides
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
  Not your ordinary "garlic" potatoes! Heavy cream and butter make these potatoes decadent.
Twice Baked Potato Casserole
  Our mashed potatoes go a step further with added flavors of onion, sour cream, bacon and Parmesan cheese and topped with 2 year old white cheddar cheese.
Baked Potato
  Accompanied with sour cream, chives and butter on the side.
Candied Yams
  Sweet potatoes, slow roasted to bring out their natural sweetness, then topped with brown sugar and butter.
Cornbread Dressing
  Homemade cornbread is the base for apples, cranberries, onions and celery, white wine, sage and thyme to make this dressing truly flavorful.
Roasted Shallot and Thyme Cranberry Sauce
  Port wine makes these cranberries a perfect compliment to pork or turkey.
Wild Rice Pilaf with Almonds, Mushrooms and Lemon
  A combination of white rice and wild rice with almonds and lemon mushrooms make this rice special.
Roasted Root Vegetables
  Assorted potatoes, carrots, and parsnips are mixed together, tossed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and well seasoned with salt and pepper. A great choice getting away from the expected mashed potatoes or potato casserole.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts
  Brussels sprouts roasted so they are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and finished lightly with our vanilla-fig balsamic reduction drizzle.
Fresh Green Beans
  These green beans are roasted with onion and seasonings.
Tossed Green Salad
  Crisp iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, red cabbage and our homemade croutonsserved with your choice of two of our housemade dressings on the side. Choices include: Thousand Island, Blue Cheese, Italian or Ranch.
Spring Mixed Green Salad with Dried Cranberries, Blue Cheese and Candied Pecans
  Our special dressing of vanilla-fig balsamic and dijon mustard makes this salad different than any other. The dressing perfectly compliments the candied pecans, blue cheese and the sweetness of the dried cranberries. If you don't like cranberries, we can do this with julienned apples or pears instead.
 
Desserts
Double Pumpkin-Eggnog Poke Cake with Sturdy Whipped Cream
  Spice Cake made with pumpkin pudding and eggnog, poked with holes filled with pumpkin pudding made with eggnog and topped with a cream cheese, rum whipped cream and toffee bits. This is only available during the fall holidays.
Pumpkin Crunch Cake
  Pumpkin, sour cream and spice cake come together with a crunchy topping for this wonderful dessert. Whipped cream on top gives it the perfect finish.
Apple-Cinnamon Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce
  Bread pudding, made with apples, cinnamon, and raisins, is topped with our luscious Bourbon Sauce. This is somewhere between eating an apple pie and a cinnamon roll!
Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifle
  Homemade Gingerbread is layered with our pumpkin pudding and whipped cream for a different take on a pumpkin dessert.

Instead of giving you cookie cutter menus, we like to work with you to develop menus that "cater to your needs". The menu choices are only "suggested" samples.
