Appetizers
Apple/Hickory Smoked Cheese
  Cold smoked cheeses using apple and hickory woods. Served with crackers, apples, and grapes (when in season).
Apple/Hickory Smoked BBQ Nuts
  Assorted nuts with our special rub. Cold smoked with apple and hickory woods.
Stuffed Jalepenos
  Jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and canided hot links and cooked until cheese is gooey.
Stuffed Mushrooms
  Cremini mushrooms marinated in sherry and stuffed with more mushrooms, sausage, herbs and cheese. This can be made in a vegetarian or vegan version as well.
 
Entrees
Roasted Salmon
  Choose between our Maple-Bourbon Glazed Salmon or our Dill Glazed Salmon with a hint of Asian flavor. Either will convert the salmon hater into a salmon lover!
Brined Pork Loin
  Brined in apple juice, spices and herbs, this pork is moist and flavorful. Served in an apple and onion sauce.
Sesame-Lemon Chicken
  Chicken is rubbed with our special sesame, lemon, herb rub, cooked to perfection and topped with another sprinkling of the rub and a squeeze of lemon.
Rosemary/Mint Lamb
  Leg of lamb marinated in a special blend of rosemary, mint and olive oil and roasted a perfect medium rare.
Slow Roasted Prime Rib
  Slow roasted Prime Rib crusted with salt, pepper and Italian herbs with garlic placed just under the fat cap for a flavorful piece of meat.
 
Sides
Wild Rice Pilaf with Almonds, Mushrooms and Lemon
  A combination of white rice and wild rice with almonds and lemon mushrooms make this rice special.
Sausage, Apple and Smoked Cheese Dressing
  Cornbread dressing with apples, sweet sausage, sage, and smoked mozzarella cheese baked until crisp on top and perfectly warmed in the center.
Roasted Mixed Vegetables
  Zucchini, yellow squash, red and orange bell peppers, broccoli, onions and mushrooms roasted to bring out their natural sweetness.
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
  We use heavy cream and butter to make these potatoes rich and creamy. Need I say more?
Twice Baked Potato Casserole
  Our mashed potatoes go a step further with added flavors of onion, sour cream, bacon and Parmesan cheese and topped with 2 year old white cheddar cheese.
Fresh Green Beans
  These green beans are roasted with onion and seasonings.
Buttery Beans with Almonds
  Wax beans and green beans are cooked in a light butter sauce with sliced almonds.
Broccoli with Lemon
  Fresh broccoli florets cooked with garlic, butter and lemon.
Baked Potato
  Accompanied with sour cream, chives and butter on the side.
Green Salad
  Crisp iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, red cabbage and our homemade croutons. The croutons alone are enough to order this salad, but top it with our homemade blue cheese or Italian dressings for something really special.
Spring Mixed Green Salad with Dried Cranberries, Blue Cheese and Candied Pecans
  Our special dressing of vanilla-fig balsamic and dijon mustard makes this salad different than any other. The dressing perfectly compliments the candied pecans, blue cheese and the sweetness of the dried cranberries. If you don't like cranberries, we can do this with julienned apples or pears instead.
Spring Mix Mango & Almond Salad with a Mango Vinaigrette
  Tender young greens gently tossed with ripe mango chunks and slivered almonds in our mango vinaigrette. No oil in this dressing, so it's very healthy as well as flavorful!
 
Desserts
Bread Puddings
  Choose from our Apple-Cinnamon bread pudding with Bourbon Sauce or our Banana's Foster bread pudding with Rum Sauce.
Grilled Fruit
  Depending on the season, we grill up peaches, necatrines, or apples, stuffed with an oatmeal, spice and butter mixture and top with our special sauce.
Strawberry Shortcake
  Pound cake covered with a special sweet cream and macerated strawberries and then topped with whipped cream.
Peach, Apple or Berry Crumbles
  Depending on the time of year and the availability of the season, try one these old-fashioned crumbles. Fresh fruit tossed in sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg and topped with a traditional oat and butter crumble topping and baked until gooey and brown.

Instead of giving you cookie cutter menus, we like to work with you to develop menus that "cater to your needs". The menu choices are only "suggested" samples.
